Policies
Please review the below Payment, Shipping, & Return Policies. These are designed to help provide an informed shopping experience for our customers (and help us maintain our low prices).
Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, Money Orders, Google Checkout, & PayPal. If paying by Check or Money Order: We must receive your payment by mail within 7 days (or the order will be canceled). Payment in full is required before we will ship your order. Once received, check payments will be held 7 business days to clear (before shipping). We do not accept payments from outside the United States (even if shipping to a US address). Sales Tax applies to Indiana shipments only.
Shipping:
Orders with Free shipping are sent via USPS Media Mail (3rd Class). Average delivery time for this method is 7 days but can take up to 21 days (especially during holidays). If you selected USPS shipping and do not receive your order within 21 days), please contact us so we can investigate it. We do not ship outside the 50 United States or to (APO, AP, AE addresses). We do not ship (and UPS does not deliver) on weekends or holidays. For security purposes, orders of $250 (or more) will require a signature at delivery. Orders OVER $250 will receive a FREE UPGRADE to UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (our choice). Simply select Free Media Mail shipping and we will do the rest!
Any shipments returned to us as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused, will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. If you are selecting UPS, please include a street address for delivery (they do not deliver to PO Boxes). Any claims for missing, incomplete, or damaged shipments must be reported to us by email within 30 days (of order date), to be valid. Beyond 30 days, we are not responsible for any shipments that are missing, incomplete, or damaged.
Please refer to the below In-Transit Time/Order Deadline Chart for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day shipping upgrades. Next Day, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Orders will ship the same day if payment is received BEFORE 10:00am EST (excludes weekends & UPS holidays). Orders after 10am EST will ship the next business day. UPS does NOT deliver on weekends, holidays, or to PO Boxes. Shipping upgrade options will be quoted once you enter your zip code in the shopping cart (or checkout).

Please understand the above UPS delivery time guarantees may be extended by adverse weather conditions, disruptions to the transportation network, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or emergency situations beyond UPS's control.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns: Factory sealed product may be returned within 30 days (from date of shipment) for a refund. Any shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility. You must contact us (by email) for an RMA number, before returning any items. Items returned to us without an RMA number will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We encourage you to use a traceable, insured method for returning items safely & securely to us. We do not accept returns on any opened CD's, DVD's, or Sets (no exceptions). All sales are final on sale items.
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges as long as the product/set is new/factory sealed and returned to us within 30 days (of shipment). As with refunds, you must contact us (by email) for an RMA number before returning any items for an exchange. Any balance due may be included with the return shipment, and any credit due will be refunded upon receipt. Any shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is your responsibility.
Defective Product: If you are experiencing a problem with a disc, please contact us within 30 days (of shipment). Once we verify the nature of the defect, we will authorize a (same title) replacement or exchange. Please note we do not offer any guarantees on the cardboard "Collector's Boxes" as we cannot get replacements for them.

Retail price references, and product descriptions are based off information provided to us by Time Life. Discs For Less is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Prices subject to change without notice, and adjustments will not be given on previous sales.
