DID YOU PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH A 1-800 # ON TV? If the answer is YES, please DO NOTcontact us because you did not order from us (and we cannot assist you). We are NOT Time Life and we have no affiliation with them or the 1-800 #'s you see on on TV. We simply resell Time Life products at discounted prices through this website only (we do not use 1-800 #'s or TV Commercials). We will gladly provide order assistance from customers who placed their order through the DiscsForLess.com website.

We prefer you order online as our website utilizes a high level of data security for your protection. Placing an order online allows us to offer you the greatest savings as we quickly process and ship your order using our automated processes. We understand that some customers are simply not comfortable ordering online. We can process your order by phone, but we do charge an additional $5.00 processing fee (per order). We charge this fee as it requires additional time and resources to manually process phone orders. If you still wish to order by phone please understand our 1st priority is processing online orders (and responding to emails). For fastest response, we encourage you to contact us via email (which is monitored and responded to daily). If you are contacting regarding missing CD's in your order, please note the following: The number of cases you receive may be different than the actual number of CD's in the set. Many of the Time Life sets have 2-CD's per case. For example: a 10 CD set may come in 5 cases, or an 18 CD set may have 9 cases. We just wanted to clarify this to avoid any possible confusion regarding missing CD's, before you contact us. If you have any concerns, please compare what you received to the product page on our website (and everything should match up).

If you have questions regarding an existing order, please be sure to include your order number for faster service. If you have a question regarding your shipment (and have your tracking number), you may also contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS or www.UPS.com. All orders ship within ONE business day of receiving payment. If you have not received your shipment after 7 business days, please contact us.
