At Discs For Less, we want to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase! We are an exclusive online reseller of Time Life Music. We only sell brand new, factory sealed genuine Time Life product. Please review the below policies, which are designed to help ensure your satisfaction (and to help us maintain our low prices).
**EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY**
Give the gift of music this year! All orders placed 11/1/08-12/24/08 are eligible for return or exchange through 1/24/09 (standard return policy terms and conditions below still apply).

Paypal - To protect against fraudulent activity, we can only ship to a Paypal "Confirmed" Address. If you need this shipped elsewhere, please select a different payment method.
Google Checkout
Check or Money Order - We MUST receive your payment within 7 days of placing the order (or the order will be cancelled). Please DO NOT order if you cannot send payment immediately. Payment in full is required before we will ship your order. All orders paid by check will be shipped 7-10 business after we receive payment (for faster shipment we recommend sending a money order).
We believe in discounted prices (with no gimmicks or catches). We do not offer installment payment options, or send items "on approval". We require payment in full before any orders are shipped.
We do not accept ANY payments from outside the United States (even if you are a Canadian shipping to a US address). All payments must be drawn on a U.S. bank.
Sales Tax applies to all Indiana shipments.

FREE Ground Shipping - Orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm EST on 12/15 (excludes AK & HI)
UPS 3 Day - Orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm EST on 12/17 (excludes AK & HI)
UPS 2nd Day Air - Orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm EST on 12/18
UPS Next Day Air - Orders must be placed BEFORE 1pm EST on 12/19
Please understand we CANNOT guarantee Christmas delivery for ANY orders placed after 1pm EST on 12/19 (even if you pay to upgrade the shipping method).
New Years Shipping Info: We will be closed 12/31-1/7 (for our annual "post-holiday vacation) and will be unable to respond to emails, messages, or ship orders during this time. All orders placed AFTER 12:30pm EST on 12/30 will ship on 1/8 when we return, and we appreciate your patience during this time!
Christmas Delivery Guarantee Details: If you order is placed in accordance with the above guidelines, and delivery is not attempted on/before 12/24, we will offer you the following: 1. A refund of any additional shipping upgrade charges you may have paid. 2. We will allow you to return the unopened item for a refund (and we will waive the 15% restocking fee). You are simply responsible for return shipping charges.
Sorry, we do not ship outside the 50 United States (or APO/AE addresses). We ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day (weekends and UPS holidays excluded). Our default shipping method is UPS Ground (fully insured). Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii (with FREE Ground shipping) will ship via USPS Priority Mail. UPS Ground shipments are typically delivered within 1-5 business days (not including the actual day of shipment). Please make sure you provide a valid shipping address during checkout! Any shipments returned to us as "undeliverable" will require prepayment of additional shipping charges to reship, or be prcessed as a return (and subject to restocking fees).

Please refer to the below chart for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day shipping upgrade delivery guidelines. Next Day, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Orders will ship the same day if payment is received BEFORE 12:30pm EST (excludes UPS holidays). Air Shipping rates will be quoted once you enter your zip code in the shopping cart (or checkout). Please understand delivery time guarantees may be affected by adverse weather conditions, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or situations beyond UPS's control. Aside from that, if delivery is not attempted as outlined below, any extra shipping amount you paid will be refunded (just contact us and we will verify the guarantee times).

We offer a 30 day return policy on NEW/UNOPENED Time Life products only. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns, and any shipping charges are non-refundable. The product must be returned to us in the same condition it was received (sealed, as a set, etc.). You are responsible for return shipping charges, and we recommend you ship via a traceable insured method. Please make sure you include a copy of your invoice in the package, so we can process the return.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we can't refund you simply because you don't like all the music. As CD's/DVD's can be easily copied, returns will not be accepted on any opened products (no exceptions). The NEW/UNOPENED product must be returned to us within 30 days (of delivery). Upon receipt, we will refund the original amount paid less a 15% restocking fee (and any shipping charges). Please note, all sales are final on clearance items.
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges as long as the product is NEW/UNOPENED, and returned to us within 30 days. For exchanges we will waive the 15% restocking fee, but will charge a $10.00 re-shipping fee. Any balance due must be included with the return shipment, and any credit due will be refunded upon receipt (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Defective Product: In the unlikely event you experience a problem, simply contact us via email within 30 days. We guarantee the disc will play without exception (in a CD player) the music as stated on the track listing. Once we verify the nature of the defect, we will authorize a same title exchange.
If you happen to receive a cracked/damaged CD case, simply let us know and we will gladly send you a replacement case! If we notice a cracked/damaged case (while packaging your shipment), we will include a replacement case for you. Please understand that a damaged case should have no affect quality of the disc.
Please Note: The number of cases you receive may be different than the actual number of discs in the set (some cases contain multiple discs)
