Payment, Shipping, and Return Policy
At Discs For Less, we want to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase! We are an exclusive online reseller of Time Life Music. We only sell brand new, factory sealed genuine Time Life product. Please review the below policies, which are designed to help ensure your satisfaction (and to help us maintain our low prices).
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Google Checkout, Check or Money Order.
If paying by Check or Money Order - We MUST receive your payment within 7 days of placing the order (or the order will be cancelled). Payment in full is required before we will ship your order. All orders paid by check will be shipped 7-10 business days after we receive payment.
We do not accept ANY payments from outside the United States (even if shipping to a US address). Sales Tax applies to all Indiana shipments.

Sorry, we do not ship outside the 50 United States (or to PO Boxes/APO/AE addresses). We strive to ship all in-stock orders within 1 business day. Please note, we do not ship (and UPS does not deliver) on weekends or holidays. Free Shipping to AK or HI will be via USPS (not UPS). Please ensure you provide a valid shipping address. Any shipments returned to us as undeliverable or refused will require prepayment of additional shipping charges to reship, or be processed as a return and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Please refer to the below chart for UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day shipping upgrade delivery guidelines. Next Day, 2nd Day Air, & 3 Day Orders will ship the same day if payment is received BEFORE 11:00am EST (excludes weekends & UPS holidays). Air Shipping rates will be quoted once you enter your zip code in the shopping cart (or checkout). Please understand delivery time guarantees may be affected by adverse weather conditions, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or emergency situations beyond UPS's control.

 Refunds: We want you to be happy with your purchase, to keep our prices low we can't accept returns simply because your not happy with the musiic. As CD's/DVD's can be easily copied, returns will not be accepted on any opened products (no exceptions). Upon receipt of the NEW/FACTORY SEALED product, we will refund the product price paid less a 15% restocking fee (and any shipping charges). Please note, all sales are final on clearance items.
Exchanges: We do offer exchanges as long as the product is NEW/FACTORY SEALED, and returned to us within 30 days. For exchanges we will waive the 15% restocking fee, but will charge a $10.00 re-shipping fee. Any balance due must be included with the return shipment, and any credit due will be refunded upon receipt (shipping charges are non-refundable).
Defective Product: In the unlikely event you experience a problem with your CD, simply contact us via email within 30 days. We guarantee the disc will play without exception (in a CD player) the music as stated on the track listing. Once we verify the nature of the defect, we will authorize a same title exchange. Please note we do not offer any guarantees on the cardboard "Collector's Boxes" as we cannot easily get replacements for them.
A note regarding PC's, MP3 players, and other music players which display song titles: These devices attempt to match song titles to CD's utilizing internet (or internal) databases. Since Time Life products are compilation CD's, occasionally databases find multiple matches and attach the wrong titles (resulting in a mismatch). Please understand this is not an indication that the CD is "defective". Some programs allow you to override the matching or research the database for a better match. Unfortuantely we cannot provide any support (or guarantees) with this process as it is not a problem with the actual disc.
Retail price references and (% savings) of products may vary depending on current Time Life pricing + shipping. Discs For Less is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. Prices subject to change without notice, and adjustments will not be given on previous sales. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders due to error, or any failure to comply with the above policy.
